About Amputee Soccer

Amputee soccer provides an opportunity for those with limb difference to participate in soccer.

Amputee Football means different things to each individual person. At its heart it can be a liberating sport for escapism, self-expression and freedom. With it comes friendship, camaraderie, and competitive opportunity. For the select few elite athletes it is the pinnacle of achievement and representation.
- WAFF

The game is played by amputee and limb length difference athletes, where field players use forearm crutches and may play the ball with only one leg. Keepers defend goal with only the use of one arm. The Laws of the Game
